Tuesday June 20th: Field was turned over Monday and by the next day everything
was dug-up.
Tuesday July 11th (am): The field was rolled and ready for the moisture
barrior.

Tuesday July 11th (pm): Moisture Barrier has been laid down over graded
dirt. Looked like giant yard bags.
Wednesday July 12th: The drains that empty into the perimiter conduits
around the track have been laid-down
and they're starting to put the gravel down (left).
Thursday July 13th: A LOT of gravel is being brought in. Eventually this
base is rolled and compacted and is the
surface the turf is laid down on.
Tuesday July 18: Gravel base almost ready for turf. Dirt around track
has been leveled and rolled.
July 21-24: During this period the track base was laid down, leveled and
rolled then asphalt laid down over the base.
The asphalt must cure for two weeks before the track surface can be applied.
Saturday July 29th: Turf was delivered Friday and they laid down the 50
yard line.

Monday July 31st: Turf was laid down in 10 yard strips on the 6th street
side.
Wednesday Aug 2nd: More turf laid down.
Thursday August 3rd: Field is now covered. Now they'll work on the numbers
and other markings.
Wednesday August 9th: Progress on the markings (top) and a few close-ups
(bottom).
Friday August 11th: All markings glued in and they're adding the rubber
cushion.
Each panoramic image on this site was stitched together from 4-5 digital
images with a program called the Panorama Factory. Because I didn't use
a true panoramic camera there will be some distortion, especially at the
ends and horizontal lines.
